Terms and Conditions

Thank you so much for your purchase! I hope you found something you love or have signed up for a workshop or service that will bring you insight and joy. If there’s ever a problem with anything you buy from me, let me know immediately via email at Linda@MilkweedRising.com.

Here are a few specific policies that might apply to your purchase or email subscription:

Workshop Cancellation and Transfer Policy.  You will receive a full refund (minus payment processing charges of 3.5%) when you cancel up to one week before a scheduled workshop. In almost all cases, no refunds will be given when you cancel with less than a week’s notice. You may, however, transfer your registration at no additional charge to anyone of your choosing as long as they’re at least 18 years of age. If a workshop must be canceled or rescheduled to an alternative date that doesn’t work for you, you will be given a full and immediate refund.

Hard Goods.  Any hard goods (cards, prints, and other tangible items) that you are not completely satisfied with should be returned in clean condition for a full refund within 30 days. Personalized items cannot be returned. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Virtual Products. Downloads and other virtual products cannot be returned or refunded.

Privacy Policy.  I will never share your name, address, phone number, email address, or other personal details with any third party. All credit card purchases are through Square or PayPal, so your credit card information is never collected nor stored on my system.

Email Subscriptions.  I use a professional email service to send newsletters and occasional marketing materials to customers who choose to subscribe by filling out an opt-in form. There is a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of each item that I send to subscribers, along with my contact information. Please contact me immediately if you’d like to unsubscribe but experience any difficulty doing so.
