Teamwork affirmation card is perfect for celebrating all the teammates and workmates in your life. Particularly nice to give at the completion of a big joint project or at an annual recognition of progress main over the year. A beekeeper might also appreciate receiving this one.

The 5″ x 7″ folded card is digitally printed using the high-quality pigment inks on silky, bright white, acid-free paper. The photograph I used to create the mandala is printed on the back of the card with the photo location and a special wish for the recipient. Interior of the card is blank and the paper is super smooth and takes ink well.

Included is a beautifully made, bright white envelope. Tuck a Bumblebee Waltz  or Orange Tapestry sticker in the envelope for the perfect pollinator-themed gift.

About the Art. The mandala art on this card, titled Star Gate, began as a photograph of a honeybee on catnip flowers in one of my gardens on Pleasant Hill, near Morgantown, West Virginia. Honeybees fly up from the bottom of the valley from their hives on a neighbor’s property to find my garden every year.

Sometimes I see quite a few honeybees, but never in the numbers I remember from childhood, when the holly bushes growing along one way of our garage in the rural suburbs of Maryland came alive with movement and buzzing.

Back in the day, it was a matter of course to include Dutch white clover in grass seed mixes to help fix nitrogen and naturally fertilize our lawns, and the honeybees also found the clover blooms. What a shame that this practice is fallen out of favor.

You can, of course, add clover seed to your lawn mix and use it to replant bare patches. You’ll find the clover stays green even through hot summer days, an added bonus.
