Friendship Affirmation Card
$6.50
Friendship affirmation card with a sunny yellow floral mandala circled by a parade of black ants celebrates the value of energetic and curious friends with whom you enjoy exploring the world. Perfect as a note or birthday card for an adult or child. This card can also be used on an altar or in contemplation card any time you’d like to draw fun new friends into your life.
This 5″ x 7″ folded card is digitally printed using pigment inks on silky, bright white, acid-free paper and comes with a bright white envelope. The photograph I used to create the mandala is printed on the back of the card with the photo location and a second special wish for the recipient. Interior of the card is blank.
About the Art. The mandala art on this friendship affirmation card, titled Exploration Party, began as a photo of a black ant exploring a yellow ranunculus on my front stoop. I’ve loved ants (the kind that stay outside and away from my sugar canister) since reading a children’s book titled Little Black Ant, a sympathetic memoir of an ant’s adventurous life.
In my mind, ants represent the best sort of traveling partners, sticking together while always up for exploration and adventure, but unafraid to raise a little hell and get into a bit of good, or even bad, trouble
Shipping: The card and envelope are packaged together in a plastic sleeve and mailed in a stiffened mailer. Note: orders of up to three cards are shipped USPS First Class without tracking. Larger orders are shipped via the most economical means, which usually, but not always, includes tracking. Most orders are printed and shipped within three days.
Returns: Returns of items in new, undamaged condition are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping to be paid by the customer.
Framing. This card is created using high-quality materials, such as might be used in a museum. The print is sharp, bright, and frameable. To protect the vibrancy of the artwork, I frame using UV glass or acrylic, and I recommend it. If you use plain glass or acrylic, make sure you hang this sweet, little piece and all your beautiful art away from direct sunlight.
