Description
This mandala is asking you with its peaceful purple to consider how you might share peace out into the world and snag an opportunity to build some good karma. One of three in a series created from a single photo of what I dubbed “carnival petunias”, the colors in this piece are true to the original with only slight modifications. These baskets were placed and maintained with care all around the town of Jackson, Wyoming, when I visited in summer of 2014.
Enjoy this piece as a high-quality 14″ x 14″ giclee print on Hahnemuhle photo rag paper, beautifully prepared in a subtlety marbled brown wood frame with acid-free, round-cut green mat and UV acrylic glazing. The finished size is approximately 16″ x 16″, including the frame—big enough to allow you to dive in and really enjoy all the fine detail of the mandala. If you plan to use or gift this mandala as a mediation piece, this is the perfect size. A copy of the original photo and the story of the piece are included on the back.
