Crabapple Cathedral Mandala Framed Print (14″ x 14″)

Only 1 left in stock

This mandala is pure elegance.  Created from a photo of sunlight streaming through ‘Prairie Fire’ crabapple blooms, this piece exudes the energy of the sun, which you can see playing in the flower petals of the finished piece.  The mandala evokes images of stained glass in an ornate cathedral, but the cathedral in this case was my mom’s backyard in West Virginia, reminding us that there is extraordinary beauty everywhere.  The elaborate pattern that I found and enhanced in the center of this piece makes it an exceptionally beautiful meditation piece.

Enjoy this piece as a high-quality 14″ x 14″ giclee print on Hahnemuhle photo rag paper, beautifully prepared in a glossy, mahogany-tone, veneer frame with acid-free, round-cut green mat and UV acrylic glazing.  The finished size is approximately 16″ x 16″, including the frame; big enough to allow you to dive in and really enjoy all the fine detail of the mandala.  If you plan to use or gift this mandala as a mediation piece, this is the perfect size.  A copy of the original photo and the story of the piece are included on the back.

Her quirky first novel, "Giving Voice to Dawn", was published in November 2016. It's the magical romp of a woman plucked by the Universe from the cubicles of Corporate America and dropped into the crease between "this world and that" where Spirit Animals carry messages, disembodied voices spout wisdom, and you never know who might show up to walk you back home.
